Start: Speak with Marshal Dughan

Course: Travel East along the road from Goldshire until you reach the eastern bridge by Guard Thomas. Then turn south and you will find the Brackwell Pumpkin Patch. The Collector is in the farmhouse on the east side with two bodyguards. Kill Morgan the Collector and loot his ring then return to Marshal Dughan in Goldshire.
